Accounts 1.1 Account Creation To use certain features (for example, checkout, order history, wishlists, or reviews), you must register for an account (“Account”) and provide certain information. You represent and warrant that (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; and (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You may delete your Account at any time by following the instructions on the Site. If unresolved within 60 days of receipt of your notice, either party may commence arbitration with JAMS under the Streamlined Arbitration Rules (claims under US$250,000) or Comprehensive Rules (others). JAMS rules apply and are available at www.jamsadr.com. Unless the parties agree otherwise (or Batch Arbitration applies), the arbitration will be held in the county where you reside. (h) Batch Arbitration. A standing Administrative Arbitrator may decide disputes about applying this process. (i) Attorneys’ Fees and Costs. Each party bears its own fees/costs unless the arbitrator finds a request frivolous or brought for an improper purpose. If we make a future material change to this Arbitration Agreement, you may reject it within 30 days by writing to us as above; otherwise, continued use constitutes acceptance of the change. 11. Export You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer any U.S. technical data acquired from Company or any products utilizing such data in violation of U.S. export laws or other applicable regulations. 12.
